Link Ver. Samurai [BOTW]

I wanted to do a project where I re-imagined Link from the Legend of Zelda as a samurai. I loved Breath of the Wild and I have been wanting to do a good piece as tribute for it.

For this concept, I took the original design and color scheme for the Breath of the Wild Link and turned it into a samurai version of Link. I added the patterns from the Hero's Tunic to the back of his kimono and added details inspired by the pattern as well. In the original game, there was a hooded cape called the Cape of Hero's that Link could wear. To pair with his attire, I added a navy blue scarf and added that same pattern from the Cape of Hero's to his scarf. I have to say I think my favorite part is the sword!

This project was definitely a lot of fun to do, and I'm wanting to start Ganon next! It's been such a great exercise!
